Returns/ Replacement Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Happy Gut.Co will not accept any refund or return requests.

Exchange/ replacement requests may be accepted only in any of the situations mentioned below:

In case of damaged Products:  

Happy Gut.Co needs to be notified of a damaged Product within 3 days from delivery date via email to info@happygut.co

Your email should contain:

  • The order number
  • An image of the invoice
  • The outer box image
  • Two clear images of the damaged Product.

Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and we shall guide and assist you with your exchange/replacement thereafter.

The damaged product should be returned to Happy Gut.Co in its original packing within 3 days pf the customer receiving the same. In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected/damaged product/s can be returned. The customer will bear all the cost of shipment.

A replacement for the damaged Product shall be despatched to you within 14 days after receipt of damaged product at our end.

In case of missing Products:

Happy Gut.Co needs to be notified of the missing Product/s within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to you.  Such notification is to be made by email to info@happygut.co

Your email should contain:

  • The order number,
  • An image of the invoice,
  • The outer box image (In case only part of the shipment is missing).
  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all other items received (In case only part of the shipment is missing).

Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and we shall guide and assist you with your claim regarding the missing Product/s.

A replacement for the missing Product shall be despatched to you within 14 days after receipt of your email regarding the missing Product.

In case of spoiled Products:

Happy Gut.Co needs to be notified of spoilage of Product within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to you.  Such notification is to be made by email to info@happygut.co

Your email should contain:

  • The order number,
  • An image of the invoice,
  • The date of packaging/ date of manufacture,
  • Two clear images or video of the spoiled Product. 

Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and we shall guide and assist you with your claim regarding the spoiled Product/s.

The spoiled Product/s should be returned to Happy Gut.Co in its original packing within 3 days of the customer receiving the same. In case of multiple item shipments, only the effected/damaged Product/s can be returned. The customer will bear all the cost of shipment.

A replacement for the spoilt Product shall be despatched to you within 14 days after receipt of spoilt product at our end.

General

We will be unable to accept replacements due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma of the Product. This is because our Products are completely natural and made mostly by hand, so no two batches are identical. No compromise is made by us in the natural production process, and we use the best, natural ingredients to ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.

Product/s will be replaced after due investigation and diligence by us.  In all situations, we will work with you on providing an amicable solution and we always assure a fair outcome at all times.
